Our Cauliflower begins its journey in our Greenhouse. Here we plant the seeds and allow them to grow into small plants that will then be transplanted in the fields. This gives us an even stand throughout the field which helps keep the head size uniform. This will also increase the yield as we will not plant the weaker plants or any seeds that do not germinate.
