Canada GAP
Canada GAP is a food safety program in Canada that has been created specifically for the produce industry. It is globally recognized through the Global Food Safety Initiative, and is supported by the Government of Canada. It is designed to implement and maintain effective food safety procedures among all growers, packers, and shippers. Third-party audits, by a certified body, are required each year to remain certified.
